Some due dates for Delaware have been changed. Here is a summary of those changes:
- Court, City, Government no longer have their own 4/10 filing date. They are due 3/1.
- Non-Life is no longer 3/1. They have moved to the same filing date as Life, which means 12/20 is the due date for all insurance companies.
- No change for Corporations, Financial, Brokerage, Life, Mutual Fund, Petroleum, or Utilities.
