Tennessee has changed up their report delivery process. They now require that all reports be uploaded directly to their website. The process to create the NAUPA report is unchanged. You’ll still need your reporting software to create the report file in the encrypted ‘HDE’ format.
When you have your HDE file ready, go to the state’s website
here to upload. First time users will need to step through a quick registration process. The state has provided quite a few resources to help you through the process, including video tutorials, FAQs, and payment instructions. Click
here to access all resources.
Massachusetts hasn’t changed their process but they will be using a new site that is set to be available April 24
th, 2017. Click
here to access the new site after this date.
Several states now require the NAUPA file to be uploaded to their own website. They are: Florida, Indiana, Nevada, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.
