I received an email this morning from New York State Comptroller Thomas P DiNapoli. It contains some good information I would like to share with you.
New York has established a new email address for holder inquiries,
nyssmu@osc.state.ny.us. This email address will be monitored daily and you should receive a reply within 72 hours.
If you report securities, you’ll want to check out the new instructions for delivering securities to the state. You can find detailed instructions
