It is hard to believe, but spring filing season is just around the corner. I have compiled some changes and announcements that affect some of the spring filing states.
Delaware
Reports are due March 1st for everyone except financial institutions, life insurance companies, and courts.

New York
Reports are due March 10th for all but financial institutions, insurance companies, and utilities.
Connecticut
Remember this year's filing date falls on March 28th. This applies to all holder types.
Pennsylvania
Reports are due April 15th for all holder types.
Florida
Reports are due April 30th for all holder types.
Florida now has an online filing option which will allow you to upload your NAUPA file directly to their website. You can find the online filing option
here.
