California Announces Changes for Securities Reporting

If you report securities (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, etc) to California, you’ll want to read the notices posted to their website today.
The SS-1 form, which is required when reporting securities, has been redesigned. You can view and download the new form here under the ‘Securities’ heading.
The instructions for reporting have also changed. Click here to view the updated instructions. Please review the changes carefully to ensure your reporting goes as smoothly as possible.
